You May cancel the Booking 6 Hour Prior to The time of Journey, without any cancellation charges for all services. In case cancellation or shorting of the trip is requested within 6 hours of the pick-up time, then following rules will apply:
1. Multi Day trip: 95% Amount is refundable if the trip is cancelled before 6 hrs of departure time.
2. Single Day trip/ Airport transfer: 95% Amount is refundable if the trip is cancelled before 6 hrs of departure time.
3. Airport transfer: No Cancellation Charges. 95% Amount is refundable if the trip is cancelled before 6 hrs of departure time.
