Cab Category

The booking will be for cab type SEDAN, SUV, SUV XL. Cab model options include:

  • Dzire, Aura, 4+1 or similar
  • Ertiga New Model 6+1 or similar (Toyota Innova Crysta 6+1)
  • Toyota Innova Crysta 7+1

Note: We do not commit to providing the preferred model.

Luggage Policy

SEDAN: Has space for 1 big and 1 small luggage bag. However, depending on the number of passengers, luggage can be adjusted in the seating area with driver consent.

SUV: Has space for 2 big and 2 small luggage bags. However, depending on the number of passengers, luggage can be adjusted in the seating area with driver consent.

SUV XL: Has space for 3 big and 2 small luggage bags. However, depending on the number of passengers, luggage can be adjusted in the seating area with driver consent.

Driver Details

Driver details will be shared up to 60 minutes prior to departure. In case the driver or cab that reaches you for pickup is different from what we have communicated, please do not board the cab and WhatsApp us for assistance at 8700325292 from your registered number. We will assist you shortly.

Booking Point Stops (ONE-WAY)

In this booking, you can avail one pickup and one drop.

For a separate pickup or drop, you need to inform us through our support channel or you can update online as well.

Booking Point Stops (ROUND-WAY)

In this booking, you can avail multiple pickups and multiple drops.

Delays

Due to traffic or any other unavoidable reason, pickup may be delayed by 30 minutes.

Receipts

You need to collect receipts from the driver for any extra charges paid directly to the driver during the trip. LOLO CAB is not liable to provide invoices for such amounts.

Refueling Policy

In case of a CNG refill stop, the average turnaround time will be 30+ minutes due to fewer stations and long queues.

Hilly Regions

The AC will be switched off in hilly areas.
